Intellex® Accessory Drivers
Older Intellex 2.x systems require additional drivers
when some of the recently introduced accessories are
installed. These drivers can be downloaded from this
website for installation into the Intellex. Follow
the instructions available below for each of the accessory
drivers.
System Requirements
The Intellex accessory drivers below are only compatible
with Intellex 2.x hardware platforms. In addition,
specific versions and OptionPacks of the Intellex
software may be necessary to use the accessories with
Intellex.
Download the files to a PC running Windows (NOT the
Intellex). Then copy the files on a media compatible
with the removable media devices in the Intellex and
follow the accompanying Installation Instruction pdf
file for more information.
USB Floppy Driver
This is used with Intellex
accessory product code RDVFLP01. The driver is factory
installed on DV8000 and DV16000 units but must be
installed on units originally manufactured as Intellex
2.0 or Intellex 2.1 systems.

USB CD-RW Driverfor RDVCDRX01
This is used with Intellex accessory
product code RDVCDRX01 only. The driver is factory installed on DV8000 and DV16000
units with product codes D80024x-xxx or D60024x-xxx but must be installed on
older Intellex 2.x units. Use of the USB CD-RW accessory requires Intellex software
version 2.2 or later and ExportPack.
Note: This driver is not compatible with RDVCDRX02.

USB CD-RW Driver for RDVCDRX02
This is used with Intellex accessory
product code RDVCDRX02 only. This driver installation program is compatible
with systems with Intellex software versions 2.5.3 or higher and 3.0.15 or higher.
Use of the USB CD-RW accessory requires the ExportPack option when used with
software versions 2.5.x or 3.0.x. Installation of this driver on Intellex 3.0.x
or higher systems will disable the DAT tape drive. Do not install this driver
if archive to DAT tape is desired.
Note: This is not compatible with RDVCDRX01.

USB Port Expander
This is used with Intellex accessory product code
RDVEXP01. the driver is factory installed on DV8000 and DV16000 units with product
codes D80024x-xxx or D60024x-xxx but must be installed on older Intellex 2.x
units. Use of the USB Port Expander accessory requires Intellex software version
2.4 or later and DataPack.
