Network Client 4.1 Software Update Patch

This software patch update for Network Client software version 4.10 and corrects issues regarding the use of the Virtual Matrix Keyboard and the use of motion detection filters.

Refer to Technical Bulletin: TB-00147-00-080428 - Network Client 4.10 Patch for further setup information related to this software patch.

NOTE: The software patch must be applied to each Network Client unit running software version 4.10.


Network Client 4.10 Software Patch Installation Instructions:

  1. Using a computer with an Internet connection download the file "Network_Client_41_Update_0001.exe" to a removable storage media device.


    2. NOTE: If the Network Client has an Internet connection the file can be downloaded directly to the Network Client computer.

  2. Exit the Network Client application and run the "Network_Client_41_Update_0001.exe" file from the removal storage media.
  3. Wait for the Preparing to Install Wizard to complete.
  4. Click on Update.
  5. Once the patch files are installed to the Network Client machine, click on Finish to complete the installation.
  6. When prompted Restart the Network Client computer.
