Intellex CD-Player v4.1

Do you need to share exported Intellex video (and, if available, audio and text) with users who cannot install the Intellex Player v4.1 software on their PC? Now you can include a CD/DVD executable version of the Intellex Player v4.1 when you export video from Intellex v4.1 or Network Client v4.1.

Download the Intellex_CD-Player.msi file and complete the installation procedures for Intellex v4.1 or Network Client v.4.1 (see installation procedures below); both the Intellex CD-Player v4.1 and the installable Intellex Player v4.1 will now be included on the export CD/DVD when selecting "Include player application on export media." The Intellex CD-Player v4.1 will autorun from the CD/DVD on the PC, allowing videos to be viewed without installing any software.

Download Procedure:

  • Download and copy the Intellex_CD-Player41.msi to removable media such as a CD/DVD or a USB thumb drive.

Intellex v4.1 Installation Instructions for Intellex CD-Player v4.1:

  1. Exit Intellex (if applicable) by clicking on Utility> Exit. Enter the Exit PIN Code
  2. Insert the removable media into the Intellex v4.1
  3. Double-click on the My Computer icon
  4. Navigate to the location where the Intellex_CD-Player.msi file exists
  5. Double-click on the Intellex_CD-Player.msi file
  6. Displays the Install Shield Wizard Splash Screen and installs required files onto the Intellex v4.1
  7. Exit from the removable media
  8. Double-click on the Intellex v4.1 desktop icon to start the Intellex v4.1 application

Network Client v4.1 Installation Instructions for Intellex CD-Player v4.1:

  1. Insert the removable media (if applicable) into the PC containing Network Client v4.1
  2. Double-click on the My Computer icon
  3. Navigate to the location where the Intellex_CD-Player.msi file exists
  4. Double-click on Intellex_CD-Player.msi file
  5. Displays the Install Shield Wizard Splash Screen and installs required files
  6. Exit from the removable media
  7. Double-click on the Network Client v4.1 desktop icon to start the Network Client v4.1 application

Optionally, the Intellex Player v4.1 may be installed on the viewing PC:

  1. Exit the Intellex CD-Player v4.1 (if running)
  2. Navigate to the PreSetup.exe file located on the export CD/DVD
  3. Run the PreSetup.exe file to begin Intellex Player v4.1 installation process

Optionally, the installation of Intellex CD-Player v4.1 on Intellex v4.1 or Network Client v4.1 may be reversed:

  1. Uninstall Intellex CD-Player v4.1 using the Microsoft® Windows Add/Remove Programs utility: (Start > Settings > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs)
  2. Only the installable Intellex Player v4.1 files will then be included on the export CD/DVD
